Background: Various treatment modalities have been described to manage unstable distal end radius fractures. The use of variable angle volar locking compression plates is promoted for the management of these difficult fractures. Objectives: Objective was to evaluate the clinical and radiological outcomes in surgically treated unstable distal radius fractures with variable angle volar locking compression plates.
