The study was aim to isolating and identification of bacteria from urinary tract infection. The present study includes 240 samples collected from patients suffering from urinary tract infection during the period extended from September 2021 to December 2021 (female and male ). From 240 specimens 160 (66.6%) samples were females and 80 (33.3 %) were males .Out of the total 240 specimens only 195 (81.3%) specimens showed significant bacterial growth ,135(69.2%) of female specimens and 60 (30.7%) from male specimens. The result of our study found that the many bacterial species are responsible for causes urinary tract infection , they have been included 9 bacterial species and the most common pathogen was Escherichia coli 85 (43.5%) , Klepsiel...
