Zirconia's fracture strength is well known, so that this work was aimed at evaluating PEEK's fracture strength and comparing it with Zirconia. The primary objective of this study was to compare the fracture strength in computer-based design, production with computer assistance, 3-unit Zirconia anterior and PEEK frameworks. Prefabricated 3-unit anterior FPD dental models were produced and scanned in relation to 21,22 and 23 using a 3-shape, Trios intraoral scanner, metallic die-milling employing base metal alloy.
