Purpose: The aim is to evaluate the role of endovascular interventions in treatment of iliac artery aneurysms with one year follow up. Patients and methods: our study included 20 patients with iliac artery aneurysms defined as (iliac artery with a diameter >3cm) with adequate proximal and distal landing zone. Patients with anastomotic aneurysms, infected aneurysms or with severe renal impairment (GFR <30ml/min/1.73m2) were excluded.
