Background: Deep pits and fissures may cause food retention and lead to caries. For prevention of this, the fissures are sealed using sealants. For successful outcome, the ability of sealants to seal margins is important. The purpose of this in vitro study, is to compare microleakage of YuSeal and Fissurit F sealants.
