Micro and small enterprises (MSEs) are the economic agents with the greatest capacity to create employment in Latin America; however, they have low levels of productivity, the main cause of the high level of informality in the tourism sector.The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of human resources management on the results of the Mypes system under a quantitative approach, the type of study was basic with explanatory scope, as a non-experimental design, cross-sectional correlational causal.
