Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is an excellent idea for businesses. Participation in CSR initiatives may benefit both firm and its stakeholder. The purpose appertaining to this study is to use Unerman’s (2007) stakeholders engagement framework to determine the determine the degree to which workers are involved in the company’s corporate responsibility activities.
