The education system all over the world has faced an unprecedented change from offline mode to online mode due to the outbreak of COVID-19. West Bengal, a state of India, is not an exception. Since March 2020 the educational institutions of West Bengal are trying to shift entire educational activities from offline to online mode. Initially the acceptability of online learning was very low, but with the passage of time it has been improved. Still there are many areas which need up gradation. Our aim is to review the current status of online learning in higher education institutes of West Bengal.
