The article presents a prospective analysis of the diagnosis and surgical treatment of 104 patients with hiatal hernia, who were operated on in the departments of endoscopic surgery Samarkand City Medical Association and the department of Thoracoabdominal oncosurgery of the State Institution Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery named after Academician V.Vakhidov. Patients underwent laparoscopic crurorrhaphy, fundoplication according to Nissen and Tupe, as well as open fundoplication according to Chernousov with selective vagotomy and pyloroplasty
