Family behaviour is the expression of caring for outpatients with schizophrenia to prolong the relapse. One of the factors is due to family behaviour. Other factors are the lack of support from society, the family, the environment, and the side effects of drugs. This research used a descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The number of study participants was eight families with family members who experienced schizophrenia. Data collection used in-depth interviews with interview guidelines and field notes. Analyzed using Colaizzi.
