The current study was conducted to investigate the protective effects of Pistacia Atlantica (mastic gum) hydro-alcoholic extract and Punica Granatum (pomegranate) peel hydro-alcoholic extract treatment against alcohol-induced peptic ulcer in Wister rat and to compare this protective effects between each other and with omeprazole as the most common drug in treatment of peptic ulcer.
