Erosive lichen planus is counted amongst the most debilitating conditions of oral cavity which has multifactorial etiology and malignant turnover potential. It has been documented that ozonated olive oil have healing, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant properties and thus have great potential in management of the ulcerative lesions. Present study is aimed to evaluate and compare the efficacy of using ozonated olive oil combined with systemic steroid and antioxidant in the management of erosive lichen planus.
