This thesis is concerned with the study of a new experimental tool for the investigation of magnetization dynamics in magnetic nanostructures. The technique, ferro-Magnetic Resonance Force Microscopy (f-MRFM), is inspired by scanning probe methods and it characterizes Ferromagnetic Resonance (FMR) by means of a mechanical measurement. An original f-MRFM experimental setup was built. Its capabilities have been characterized by the study of a disk-shaped magnetic garnet sample, 160 microm. in diameter. The results demonstrate a sensitivity and a spectral resolution well suited for the study of individual microscopic samples. They also give us the optimization path towards either higher sensitivity or better spatial resolution for magnetic exc...
