In this work, we study the effect of temperature on structure and dynamic of light-harvesting complexes from purple bacteria maintained in their native environment i.e. intracytoplasmic membranes.To complete successfully these studies, we have developed a functional calorimetric approach in intracytoplasmic membrane by spectroscopic absorption, circular dichroism and Resonance Raman. We have analyzed the effect of temperature on spectral properties of LH1 protein using bacteriochlorophyll molecules as natural marker of transmembrane polypeptide assemblage, which form LH1 ring.
