The manuscript presents my work concerning the making and the study of a nanotube/photosynthetic protein bio-hybrids for optoelectronic and photovoltaic applications. Indeed, photosynthetic proteins are super dyes with optoelectronic properties optimized by nature. So, we decided to check the possibility of protein integration in electronic device using carbon nanotubes as a nano-probe of protein properties. During our work, the problem of making efficient carbon nanotubes field-effect transistors appeared.
