This study aims to analyze the effect of knowing and analyzing the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Counterproductive Work Behavior, to find out and analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Job Stress and to determine and analyze the effect of Job Stress on Counterproductive Work Behavior on Civil Servants in Mataram City. The population in this study were echelon IV civil servants in the city of Mataram as many as 734 people. The number of samples is 90 people.
