Early childhood caries is a chronic disease, and is characterized as one or more carious surfaces, being cavitated or non-cavitated, affecting children under six years of age, where the teeth present extensive dental destruction. The use of acetate crown is a direct technique in composite resin restorations very well accepted, being an advantageous alternative in the rehabilitation of deciduous teeth. The objective was to report a clinical case of aesthetic rehabilitation of primary anterior teeth using acetate crowns. This is a descriptive observational study.
