Clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la Sociedad de Beneficencia de Iquitos, 2021

The objective of this research was to determine the characteristics of the organizational climate in the work performance of the employees of the Iquitos Benevolent Society, 2021. The research was a systematic review of scientific articles, the population and sample were nine documents, the technique was the review of databases and documentary review and the instrument the data collection matrix of the consulted investigations. It is concluded that the majority of the population identifies a satisfactory organizational climate, having the possibility of obtaining an environment that favors the same institutions. It was established that there is a positive influence of 0.692 of the organizational climate and job performance, in the company Sedalib S.A, in which job progression options should be improved, and bosses should lead and motivate employees to identify with the institutional goals and objectives. Se concluye que mayoritariamente la población identifica un clima organizacional satisfactorio, teniendo posibilidades de obtener un ambiente que favorezca a las mismas instituciones. Se estableció que existe una influencia positiva de 0,692 del clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral, en la empresa Sedalib S.A, en el cual se debe mejorar las opciones de progresión laboral, y los jefes deben liderar y motivar a los colaboradores para que identifiquen con las metas y objetivos institucionales.
