Uso de aspirado de medula óssea em lesão de cartilagem

Cartilage is essential for the formation and growth of long bones still in the womb and after birth. Cartilaginous tissue can be divided into hyaline cartilage, elastic cartilage, or fibrocartilage according to its function and characteristics, which are the objects of this study. The treatment of cartilage lesions continues to be an orthopedic challenge, since they do not heal and tend to increase wear over time, especially after increased mechanical load, which is why this study is reasonable, in order to point out possible alternatives for the treatment of such lesions. Moreover, in view of the introduction presented, the present work has as its main objective to elaborate a context involving the types of cartilage, according to the divisions already mentioned above, for further delimitation of the main injuries. In this perspective, a bibliographic research was chosen, and, in order to accomplish it, a dialectic evaluation of the positions of competent theoreticians will be performed in relation to the discussed issues. Thus, the maintenance of shape and size of the matrix by means of temporary or permanent supports should be prioritized, in addition to providing structural, mechanical and biological support for the cells, allowing adequate remodeling.A cartilagem é essencial para a formação e crescimento dos ossos longos ainda no útero e após o nascimento. O tecido cartilaginoso pode ser dividido em cartilagem hialina, cartilagem elástica, cartilagem fibrosa ou fibrocartilagem de acordo com sua função e características, que são os objetos deste estudo. O tratamento das lesões da cartilagem continua sendo um desafio ortopédico, uma vez que não cicatrizam e tendem a aumentar o desgaste ao longo do tempo, principalmente após o aumento da carga mecânica, razão pela qual o presente estudo é razoável, a fim de apontar possíveis alternativas para o tratamento de tais lesões. Ademais, ante a introdução apresentada, o presente trabalho tem como principal objetivo, elaborar um contexto envolvendo os tipos de cartilagem, de acordo com as divisões já mencionadas em epígrafe para posterior delimitação das principais lesões. Em tal perspectiva, optou-se pela pesquisa bibliográfica, e, para concretizá-la, será performada uma avaliação dialética das posições de teóricos competentes em relação aos assuntos discutidos. Assim, deve-se priorizar a manutenção de forma e tamanho da matriz por meio de suportes temporários ou permanentes, além de providenciar sustentação estrutural, mecânica e biológica para as células, permitindo remodelamento adequado
