Prácticas inclusivas mediante la formación de profesores responsivos: caso de una institución de educación básica

The article is proposed in order to explain the process for promoting an important educational culture by training responsive teachers. The investigation is based on the need to improve the processes of inclusive education to attend to the diversity of the students. The methodology considers to the mixed approach, with quasi-experimental design for the application and comparison of results of a pre-test and pos-test. By means of the explanatory investigation there was faced the search of causes and effects of the studied phenomenon, also investigation - action was proposed to obtain changes in the inclusive practices of the teachers. The population was constituted of 14 teachers and 412 students. The sample non-probabilistic of intentional type was content of 66 students of General Basic Higher Education. The skill of applied data capture was the survey used like pre-test and pos-test in the teachers and in only one moment for the students. The systematization of the information was based on the statistical analysis to determine the definitive results of the investigation. Like main result, it was obtained that, the application of a didactic guide favors the development of an inclusive culture in the teachers, where there are respected the cultural and ethnic diversities of the students.El artículo se propone con la finalidad de explicar el proceso para promocionar una cultura educativa incluyente mediante la formación de un profesorado responsivo. La investigación se basa en la necesidad de mejorar los procesos de educación inclusiva para atender la diversidad de los estudiantes. La metodología consideró al enfoque mixto, con diseño cuasiexperimental para la aplicación y comparación de resultados de un pretest y postest. Mediante la investigación explicativa se orientó la búsqueda de causas y efectos del fenómeno estudiado, además la investigación-acción se propuso para obtener cambios en las prácticas inclusivas de los docentes. La población se constituyó de 14 docentes y 412 estudiantes. La muestra no probabilística de tipo intencional se conformó de 66 estudiantes de Educación General Básica Superior. La técnica de recogida de datos fue la encuesta, empleada como pretest y postest en los docentes y en un solo momento para los estudiantes. La sistematización de los datos se basó en el análisis estadístico para determinar los resultados definitivos de la investigación. Como resultado principal, se obtuvo que, la aplicación de una guía didáctica favorece el desarrollo de una cultura inclusiva en los docentes, donde se respete las diversidades culturales y étnicas de los estudiante
