The article is proposed in order to explain the process for promoting an important educational culture by training responsive teachers. The investigation is based on the need to improve the processes of inclusive education to attend to the diversity of the students. The methodology considers to the mixed approach, with quasi-experimental design for the application and comparison of results of a pre-test and pos-test. By means of the explanatory investigation there was faced the search of causes and effects of the studied phenomenon, also investigation - action was proposed to obtain changes in the inclusive practices of the teachers.
