Digital and assistive technologies are of great relevance to the social, educational, and professional inclusion of persons with disabilities. Within this context, we aim to describe the relevance of information and communication technologies for persons with disabilities in the context of university libraries. Data were collected through a bibliographical research based on secondary sources, namely books, journal articles and other reference materials in the area investigated.
