This research used the descriptive-correlational design. The respondents were 156 mothers living in Barrio Pulo, Indang, Cavite selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument used was adapted from the study of Tayam, Tonga, Trinidad, and Vicente (2005). Data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, ANOVA, mean, t-test, standard deviation, f-test and Spearman’s rho. The following conclusions were made: 1) Most of the respondents were above 35 years old, attained college level of education, with a monthly income of P10,000 and below, Catholic, born in Cavite and preferred to seek medical care at the hospital; 2) The respondents from Barrio Pulo, Indang, Cavite had a low level of belief during pregnancy, labor and child delivery...
