A descriptive, non-experimental type of research was employed in this study. The subjects were the graduates of the revised BSN curriculum. Thirty (30) respondents were selected using convenience sampling technique. Data was collected using a close ended scale type of questionnaire and analyzed using mean. The study concluded that, 1) The staff nurses who are graduates of the revised BSN curriculum are quite efficient in the utilization of the nursing process except in the assessment phase. They were able to show their outstanding performance in the planning, implementation, and evaluation aspects; 2) There is no significant difference in the performance of duties of the staff nurses considering the assessment, planning, implementation and ...
