This study utilized the correlational research design. The study used convenience sampling to determine the number of respondents. The total number of respondents that were involved in this study was 150 elderly. The respondents had been chosen in terms of age, gender, decision-maker in performing hygienic practice, monthly income and functional level. The researcher-constructed questionnaire was employed as data gathering instrument. Data was analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, t-test, f-test and Pearson’s R.
