The study used a descriptive type of research. The respondents were the 97 staff nurses of De La Salle University Medical Center composed of 69 females and 28 males assigned in different wards and special areas in DLSUMC. Purposive sampling technique was used in selecting the sample population. Data was gathered using a questionnaire that was patterned and modified from the study of Fojas (2005). Percentage, mean, t-test and Analysis of variance (ANOVA) or f-test were the statistical treatments applied.
