This study utilized the quasi-experimental research design specifically the non-equivalent pretest and post-test and a control survey in order to measure the effect of health education intervention on the level of knowledge of mothers regarding nutrition. The respondents of the study aged 20-45 years old were randomly selected using the criteria set. The random selection of respondents was done in Sitio De Fuego, Barangay San Francisco, General Trias, Cavite for the treatment group and in Sitio Kiko, Barangay San Francisco, General Trias for the control group.
