The directive leadership in times of virtuality has constituted an institutional challenge, as well as the professional teaching performance in the pedagogical activities developed in the school training process, predisposed to achieve the fulfillment of their planned objectives and goals, which involves an effective relationship between managers and teachers. In this way, the objective of the study was to establish the presence of directive leadership and teacher performance in the virtual school setting.
