Uso de herramientas tecnológicas adecuadas para un acompañamiento académico virtual inclusivo

The present research aimed to analyze the use of virtual technological tools in students with SEN not associated with disability using virtual learning environments of the U.E.F. Manuel Augusto Guillen Vélez. For this, a qualitative-quantitative methodology was used, exploratory, descriptive and bibliographic, deepening categories and analyzing the results from induction and deduction. The field work was comprised of the survey directed at teachers and parents and the interviews with experts, finding as a result that children with SEN (special educational need)  need great attention and that teachers play a fundamental role, since, to the extent In that they are trained to develop their plans in a differentiated way and prepared to design and apply effective teaching strategies in those students who have learning difficulties, they will facilitate the learning process of the minors, which will benefit them at the institution and at home.Based on these results, it was concluded that the use of educational technological tools helps the development and teaching and learning process and, in contrast, that their application must be consistent with the attention that these children demand from their teachers and parents.La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar el uso de herramientas tecnológicas virtuales en los alumnos con NEE no asociadas a la discapacidad utilizando ambientes virtuales de aprendizajes en la U.E.F. Manuel Augusto Guillen Vélez. Para ello se utilizó una metodología cuali-cuantitativa, de tipo exploratoria, descriptiva y bibliográfica, profundizando categorías y analizando los resultados a partir de la inducción y la deducción. El trabajo de campo estuvo comprendido por la encuesta dirigida a docentes y padres de familia y las entrevistas a expertos, encontrando como resultado que los niños con NEE necesitan de una gran atención y que los docentes juegan un papel fundamental, ya que, en la medida en que estén capacitados para elaborar sus planificaciones de forma diferenciada y preparados para diseñar y aplicar estrategias didácticas efectivas en aquellos alumnos que poseen dificultades para aprender, facilitarán el proceso de aprendizaje de los menores, lo que les beneficiará en la institución y en el hogar. Con base en estos resultados se concluyó que, el uso de herramientas tecnológicas educativas ayuda al desarrollo y proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje y, en contraste, que su aplicación debe ser coherente con la atención que estos niños demandan de sus docentes y padres
