A GESTÃO DO EFETIVO POLICIAL MILITAR INDISPONÍVEL PARA A ATIVIDADE FIM

The present article aims to propose a change of posture of managers of police units, in order to optimize the human resource unavailable for the end activity. To this end, a bibliographical research was carried out on the theme of mental health, as well as statistical surveys with the competent body of the management of medical leave of the Corporation, the Medical Board - JM, where it was evidenced that the problem permeates the entire Military Police of Paraná (PMPR), demanding from its Managers a greater responsibility in the management of this staff, promoting its reinclusion to the police service, their work limitations are observed. After research, it was identified that the PMPR Institution sought to standardize issues of medical leave, creating control and management mechanisms only regarding medical absences, and there are no mechanisms for the reinsertion of this military police officer in recovery of their health.EL ALCANCE DE ESTE ARTÍCULO ES PROPONER EL CAMBIO DE CARGO DE LOS GERENTES DE LAS UNIDADES POLICIALES, CON EL FIN DE OPTIMIZAR EL RECURSO HUMANO NO DISPONIBLE PARA LA ACTIVIDAD DEL PROPÓSITO. PARA ESO, SE REALIZÓ UNA INVESTIGACIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA SOBRE EL TEMA DE SALUD MENTAL, ASÍ COMO UNA ENCUESTA ESTADÍSTICA CON EL ORGANISMO COMPETENTE PARA LA GESTIÓN DE MUDANZAS MÉDICAS DE LA CORPORACIÓN, LA JUNTA MÉDICA - JM, DONDE SE EVIDIÓ QUE EL PROBLEMA PERMANECE A TODOS LOS MILITARES POLICÍA DEL PARANÁ, EXIGIENDO MAYOR RESPONSABILIDAD A SUS GERENTES EN EL MANEJO DE ESTE EFECTO, PROMOVER SU REINGRESO AL SERVICIO DE POLICÍA, OBSERVANDO SUS LIMITACIONES LABORALES. DESPUÉS DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN SE IDENTIFICÓ QUE LA INSTITUCIÓN PMPR, SUGIRIÓ NORMATIZAR LOS TEMA DE CARTA MÉDICA, CREANDO MECANISMOS DE CONTROL Y GESTIÓN ÚNICAMENTE EN MATERIA DE LICENCIAS MÉDICAS, SIN MECANISMOS PARA LA REINSERCIÓN DE ESTE MILITAR POLICIAL EN LA RECUPERACIÓN DE SU SALUD.O presente artigo tem como escopo propor uma mudança de postura dos gestores de unidades policiais, no sentido de otimizar o recurso humano indisponível para a atividade fim. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica acerca do tema saúde mental, bem como levantamentos estatísticos junto ao órgão competente da gestão dos afastamentos médicos da Corporação, a junta Médica - JM, onde ficou evidenciado que o problema permeia todo a Polícia Militar do Paraná (PMPR), demandando de seus Gestores uma maior responsabilidade na gestão desse efetivo, promovendo a sua reinclusão ao serviço policial, observadas suas limitações laborais. Após pesquisa, identificou-se que a Instituição PMPR buscou normatizar questões de afastamentos médicos, criando mecanismos de controle e gestão apenas quanto aos afastamentos médicos, estando ausentes mecanismos para a reinserção desse policial militar em recuperação de sua saúde.O presente artigo tem como escopo propor uma mudança de postura do gestores de unidades policiais, no sentido de otimizar o recurso humano indisponível para a atividade fim.
