The aim of this study was to carry out a descriptive comparative analysis of an amateur volleyball athlete, control herself, submitted to physical training (TF), TF versus TMR and TMR at three different times, in order to verify the efficiency of TMR with the PB equipment on respiratory capacity and overall performance in this sport.
