The Trans Inguinal Preperitoneal (TIPP) Hernia Repair (using prolene mesh) resulted in greater patient comfort with reduced post operative pain and also decreases the number of complications and recurrence rate and that it can be recommended for all primary unilateral Inguinal Hernias.
