Aim: Conventional and magnetic resonance hysterosalpingography in assessing tubal patency. Material and methods: 50 patients, age 20–40 years, for evaluation of tubal patency were included in the study. It includes patients referred for postoperative evaluation, following reversal of tubal ligation and recurrent spontaneous abortions. The examination was done on Day 7–Day 12 of the menstrual cycle.Under strict aseptic precautions, MRI‑compatible plastic HSG 5 ‑ F microcatheter with inflatable bulb was inserted into the lower uterine cavity.
