Stress experienced by nurses affects personal life, physical and mental health, and work efficiency. The long – term and constant stress experienced at work can escalate into burnout. And some stress management strategies can be effective in managing and reducing the stress experienced. The aim of this research –to analyze the stress management of nurses serving in the primary military health care centers.
