Dewatering and desalting is primary step in the oil processing which requires huge amount of energy so it is essential to make sure effective removal. Following this effectiveness, the block of desalination and dewatering was continued to modernize to ensure rational use of heat. Technology scheme has been changed and needed heat exchanger was recalculated.Accumulated salt sediments is reducing the coefficient of heat transfer and fasten the corrosion of hardware thus causing effectiveness and exploitation of the heat exchanger to decrease.
