The role of the choir in educating spiritual, artistic and social features among the personalities of the seminarians of Seinai priests' seminary (at the end of the 19th – first half of the 20th century

The aim of the article is to reveal how social and artistic personal qualities were developed among the Lithuanian students of theological seminary through choral activity in Seinai. Among the seminary graduates there were a lot of famous Lithuanian priests well-known in various spheres of cultural, scientific and social work, etc. The educational influence of the choir was revealed after the students had graduated the seminary and worked as priests in their own parishes, in various churches and state institutions. The article presents the reviews of the outstanding priests who fostered choirs, describing their life and work
