In this paper theoretical part was analysed literature associated with honeycombs, their manufacturing, properties, structures and field of applications. In practical part of this paper, experimental investigation methodology was created by studying articles and standards. The purpose of this research is to analyse strength properties of sandwich panels made of paper honeycomb using three point bending and static compression tests, when different honeycomb parameters such as honeycomb height, cell size, grammage are varied. Analysed sandwich panels were made from materials manufactured in local industrial plant, which produces paper honeycomb filling and various grammage papers.
