This thesis presents analysis of possibility of using LED in different environment and countries, situation analysis and investigation of saving energy by using LED in Klaipeda and Palanga cities in different streets, and seasons of year. The main goal of thesis – to measure energy consumptions in places where LED technology is used (in different streets of Palanga during different seasons of year), to apply smart control and to compare with situation when high pressure sodium lamps were mounted, also to show possibility to save more energy using smart control
