The aim of the work is to analyse the Christian conception of laws and the moral activity of man in the pursuit of the common good. There are two authors: Tomas Akvinietis and John Finn, their attitudes to laws, reasoning, summaries are given. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters and conclusions. Each division has 3 subdivisions, except for the fourth, which has one subdivision. The introduction presents the relevance of the topic, the problem, object, objectives, tasks and methods. The first chapter deals with the classification of the laws of Tomas Akvinietis, the ethics of the natural law, and the moral and legal coherence of the human law.
