During 2003-2011 in the Botanical Garden of Vilnius University phytosanitary condition of 45 woody plants was studied. The plant disease agents were identified employing the following methods : visual observation, moist chamber, isolation of pure cultures for identification of plant disease agents, microscopy. 109 fungal species were determined. The prevalent fungal genera were Diaphorte, Diplodia, Exobasidium, Erysiphe, Gymnosporangium, Guignardia, Laphodermium, Mycosphaerella, Monilinia, Nectria, Pestalotiopsis, Plasmopara, Rhytisma, Thedgonia and pests - Aphididae and Phyllobius. The most vulnerable plant genera were Acer, Aesculus, Caragana, Chaenomeles, Clematis, Fraxinus, Juglans, Lonicera, Pyrus, Quercus, Ribes, Rhododendron, Rosa, S...
