The aim of this study is to investigate customer satisfaction conditions of the individuals using gyms.While population of the study consists of the participants going to gyms in Bitlis, Diyarbakır and Siirt, thesample group of the study consists of 360 individuals in total who are volunteer and selected randomly amongthose participants from Bitlis (110), Diyarbakır (150) and Siirt (100).
