Cardiovascular diseases are increasing rapidly while there is increasing evidence about dietary antioxidants protecting oxidative stress in chronic disorders including cardiovascular diseases. The objectives of the study were to find out proportion of Dietary Total Antioxidant Capacity consumed by individual’s aged 25-50 years with cardiovascular disease residing in twin cities and determining relationship between Dietary Total Antioxidant Capacity and cardiovascular disorders of population under study.
