LAS ESTRATEGIAS Y RIESGOS COMO DESEMPEÑO DEL TALENTO HUMANO EN LA EMPRESA RACKS DEL PACÍFICO ECUADOR

This research was carried out in the company Racks del Pacifico Compañía Limitada, which is located south of the Quito canton, Pichincha Province and is dedicated to the manufacture of storage solutions and management of commercial projects. The objective of this study focused on explaining the impact of the result of the strategies and risks, as a result of the performance of human talent in the company under study, to finally propose proposals that tend to improve the organization. In the development of the investigative process, information from primary and secondary sources was used, using inductive, deductive, analytical, and synthetic methods. It is concluded that it is necessary to apply management indicators, the establishment of communication plans, action, training programs and the implementation of strategic planning that allow favoring decision-making for business economic strengthening.La presente investigación se realizó en la empresa Racks del Pacifico Compañía Limitada, que se encuentra ubicada al sur del cantón Quito, Provincia de Pichincha y está dedicada a la fabricación de soluciones de almacenamiento y gerencia de proyectos comerciales. El objetivo de este estudio se centró en explicar el impacto del resultado de las estrategias y los riesgos, como resultado del desempeño del talento humano en la empresa objeto de estudio, para finalmente plantear proposiciones que tiendan al mejorar a la organización. En el desarrollo del proceso investigativo se recurrió a información proveniente de fuentes primarias y secundarias, utilizando los métodos inductivo, deductivo, analítico, sintético. Se concluye que es necesario la aplicación de indicadores de gestión, el establecimiento de planes de comunicación, acción, programas de capacitación y la implementación de la planeación estratégica que permitan favorecer la toma de decisiones para el fortalecimiento económico empresaria
