This research was carried out in the company Racks del Pacifico Compañía Limitada, which is located south of the Quito canton, Pichincha Province and is dedicated to the manufacture of storage solutions and management of commercial projects. The objective of this study focused on explaining the impact of the result of the strategies and risks, as a result of the performance of human talent in the company under study, to finally propose proposals that tend to improve the organization.
