DEFINICIÓN OPERACIONAL DEL DESEMPEÑO PROFESIONAL PEDAGÓGICO DEL TUTOR

The practice labor it occupies a special place in the university initial formation. In the pedagogic careers this it is developed in the educational centers linked to the object of their profession. The tutors constitute fundamental socializing agents in the relationship school university in the initial formation in the way of the professional's of the education performance. The objective of the work is to propose an operacionalization of the tutor's pedagogic professional performance with suggestions of the use of the statistic that contributes to measure the effectiveness of the tutor's work in the graduate's initial formation in the education.  They were used as fundamental investigative methods documental analysis, systematizing, modelation and systemic structural.  They were used as resources material computers, paper and pencils. It was possible to determine the dimensions, subdimensiones and indicators of this acting type that contribute to perfect consulted works. It was been  suggestion of how to measure with a statistical resource the tutor's pedagogic professional performance when considering this like a dependent variable. The proposal that one makes in this work it is consistent and coherent with the established conceptual definition and it overcomes the other works consulted to the effect.      La práctica laboral ocupa un lugar especial en la formación inicial universitaria. En las carreras pedagógicas esta se desarrolla en los centros educacionales vinculados al objeto de su profesión. Los tutores constituyen agentes socializadores fundamentales en la relación escuela universidad en la formación inicial del modo de actuación del profesional de la educación. El objetivo del trabajo es proponer una operacionalización del desempeño profesional pedagógico del tutor con sugerencias de la utilización de la estadística que contribuya a medir la efectividad de la labor del tutor en la formación inicial del licenciado en la educación. Se utilizaron como métodos investigativos fundamentales análisis documental, sistematización, modelación y enfoque de sistema.  Fueron utilizados como recursos materiales computadoras, papel y lápices. Se logró determinar las dimensiones, subdimensiones e indicadores de este tipo de desempeño que contribuyen a perfeccionar las obras consultadas. Se ofreció una sugerencia de cómo medir con un recurso estadístico el desempeño profesional pedagógico del tutor, al considerar este como una variable dependiente. La propuesta que se hace en este trabajo resulta consistente y coherente con la definición conceptual establecida y supera las otras obras consultadas al efecto. &nbsp
