The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy carried out by UMKM Ayam Geprek Judes Taskurun in increasing sales. This type of research is qualitative with SWOT analysis. The SWOT strategy applied to increase sales at the UMKM Ayam Geprek Judes Taskurun is to add facilities, promote various products according to the tastes of the people of Pekanbaru. Data collection methods are interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out is less effective
