Background: It is not clear how respiratory morbidity during infancy and early childhood varies across ethnic groups in the UK. This study sought to determine whether reported contact with health services due to respiratory problems during infancy differed across ethnic groups and whether patterns persisted or changed during early childhood. Methods: Data from the UK Millennium Cohort Study on 18 496 infants were analysed.
