Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial di OPD Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Sumatera Utara

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of budget participation and leadership style of OPD of the Provincial Environment Agency. The population in this study amounted to 145 employees of the State Civil Apparatus at the OPD of the Provsu Environmental Service and the research sample was 135employees of the State Civil Apparatus which includes all employees of the State Civil Apparatus at the OPD of the Provincial Environmental Service. The source of this research is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method used is survey research. This studyuses multiple regression analysis for statistical analysis and the regression model has been tested first in the classical assumption test. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence between budget participation, leadership style on managerial performance. Partially Partially budgetary participation has no significant positive effect on managerial performance, leadership style has a significant positive effect on managerial performance
