Clima organizacional y su impacto en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito en el Cantón La Maná, año 2020.

The present investigation had the general objective of analyzing the impact of the organizational climate on the work performance of the collaborators of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives of the Canton La Maná, for the improvement of the operative activities, it was carried out to counteract a series of deficiencies in the organizational climate presented by these financial institutions, a situation that prevents proper job performance. For this purpose, the types of bibliographic, field, descriptive and correlational research were used, for the processing of information and data the historical logical, deductive and synthetic analytical methods were used. The collection of primary information was carried out through the survey technique with its instrument, the questionnaire, which consisted of 32 questions that were broken down into the dimensions of organizational climate and job performance. The population under study was made up of the 97 employees of the Savings and Credit cooperatives of the Maná Canton. Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient yielded a result of 0.497 denoting a weak positive correlation, it is also noted that the significance level does not exceed 0.05 for which the potential margin of error is minimal, consequently it was rejected. the null hypothesis and accepted the alternative hypothesis that highlights the existence of an impact of the organizational climate on the work performance of the workers of the Savings and Credit Cooperatives of La Maná Canton. Finally, training aimed at improving the organizational climate and work performance was proposed as an alternative solution.La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo general analizar el impacto del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito del Cantón La Maná, para el mejoramiento de las actividades operativas, se realizó para contrarrestar una serie de deficiencias en el clima organizacional que presentan dichas instituciones financieras, situación que impide el adecuado desempeño laboral. Para tal efecto se utilizó los tipos de investigación bibliográfico, de campo, descriptivo y correlacional, para el procesamiento de información y datos se recurrió a los métodos históricos lógicos, deductivos y analíticos sintéticos. La recopilación de información primaria fue realizada a través de la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario que estuvo formado por 32 preguntas que fueron desglosadas de las dimensiones de clima organizacional y desempeño laboral. La población objeto de estudio estuvo formada por los 97 colaboradores de las cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito del Cantón Maná. El coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman arrojó un resultado de 0.497 denotando una correlación positiva débil, asimismo se remarca que el nivel de significancia no excede 0,05 por lo cual el potencial el margen de error es mínimo, en consecuencia, con lo cual se rechazó la hipótesis nula y aceptó la hipótesis alternativa que remarca la existencia de impacto del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito del Cantón La Maná. Finalmente se planteó como alternativa de solución capacitaciones orientadas al mejoramiento del clima organizacional y desempeño laboral
