Methyl ammonium lead iodide (MAPbI(3)) perovskite materials, have a significant impact in the field of solar cells. The solar-to power conversion efficiency of PSC, achieved so far is quite high as compared to the organic solar cells and dye sensitized solar cells. in this study we report the synthesis of perovskite (MAPbI(3)), the hole transport material (HTM) Nickel oxide and their application in the fabrication of perovskite solar cell (PSC) at room temperature. NiO has been an effective HTM due to its wideband gap and better carrier mobility.
