With the advent of spectrally efficient wireless communication systems employing modulation schemes with varying amplitude of the communication signal, linearization techniques for nonlinear microwave power amplifiers have gained significant interest. The linearization task can be divided into two parts: exact modeling of the power amplifier (PA) to be linearized and development of linearization technique. In this paper PA modeling using simplified complex memory polynomial has been presented. The proposed model has been tested using two-tone method
