O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever as concepções relacionadas à docência universitária e atividades afins que foram reconhecidas em um grupo de jovens doutores em Ciências Biológicas, identificando quais poderiam direcionar seu processo de formação de professores universitários. Eles foram entrevistados e deveriam descrever cada uma das atividades que realizavam, suas preferências e suas tensões. Além de uma análise interpretativa das entrevistas, foi realizada uma análise de correspondência múltipla. Os resultados permitiram observar que o Professor se percebe próximo da avaliação e planejamento da aula enquanto o Auxiliar de Ensino tem seu “eu docente” bastante próximo da organização de cada aula.
